Terms & Conditions

 

Pick-up & Drop-off:

All rentals must be picked-up and dropped-off at W6765 Wilmington Ln., Greenville, WI 54942. More-approximate pick-up & drop-off dates & times will be scheduled closer to your event.

 

Security Deposit:

A security deposit will be required to reserve desired rental items for rent on the renter’s requested date/weekend. The Security Deposit is separate from the rental fee & tax and covers incidental damage incurred to the rentals during the rental period. This security deposit will be returned to the renter, in full, following timely drop-off of all rental item(s) in un-damaged condition. (The renter will forfeit all or a portion of their security deposit if there is any damage to the rented item(s) and/or missing item(s); the amount forfeited will be determinant on the criteria listed on page 3 & 4 of this document.)

 

Cancellation Policy:

The renter will receive a full refund of their security deposit if they choose to cancel their rental reservation prior to one month before their reservation/event date. If they cancel their reservation within one month of their reservation/event date, they will forfeit their entire security deposit. In addition, if a renter does not pick up their rental item(s) by 11:59pm on their event date, they will forfeit their entire security deposit.

 

 

Rental Prices:

(5% Tax will be charged in addition to these prices.)

Damaged or Missing Rental Items:

If any item(s) are damaged or go missing, the renter will be responsible for paying for them in their entirety. Please refer to the following list to determine this fee for the rentals you are renting should they become damaged or go missing. The fees below comprise the entire amount for the maximal possible quantity of rentals in each category; however, should only a partial quantity of rentals become damaged or go missing, the total dollar amount will be adjusted in accordance with this quantity.
